This contract consists of furnishing all materials, machinery, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, labor, and supervision required to construct the Bristol Township JFK Park Revitalization as shown on the Contract Drawings and specified herein. The work consists of but is not limited to: mobilization, traffic control, installation and maintenance of Erosion and Sedimentation Controls, demolition, clearing & grubbing, grading, stormwater facilities, pavement installation, installation of asphalt trails, installation of site amenities, curbing, restroom, pavilion, athletic facilities, concrete pads, fencing, conduit, wiring, lighting, and landscaping. Work is contained under two (2) separate contracts, one each for Site Work and Electrical Work. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
