The Work will consist of: Construction work as specified in individual Job Orders issued under this Job Order Contract.The County’s Project Manager for the individual Job Orders will be assigned by the Director of Facilities for CSCHS The Contract Time for the completion of all the Work of the Project is three hundred sixty-five (365) calendar Days from the Commencement Date in Owner’s first issued Notice to Proceed. Designated portions of the Work must be completed according to the following Milestones: Contractor shall achieve Substantial Completion of the entire Work no later than one hundred sixty (160) Days from the Commencement Date of the latest issued Job Order’s Notice to Proceed. Contractor shall achieve Final Completion of the entire Work no later than one hundred eighty (180) Days from the Commencement Date of the latest issued Job Order’s Notice to Proceed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
