The County will receive sealed bids from the following Pre-Qualified Contractors ONLY: Consolidated CM Inc, Mark Scott Construction Inc, MIK Construction Inc, Orea Construction Inc, and STS Construction Inc. The Minimum Contract Value for this Contract is $50,000. The Contractor will receive aggregate Job Orders totaling at least $50,000 during the Contract term. The Maximum Contract Value of the Job Order Contract is $3,000,000 per year. Whereas no Single Job Order may exceed $3,000,000. Questions are due prior to 10 days before the bid due date. Contract duration is 365 days. MBE, WBE, SBE, DBE goals apply. 5% Bid preference for SBE firms. GFE required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
