The City of San Antonio’s Public Works Department is issuing a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (RFCSP) to contract with qualified firms interested in providing job order contracting services for various projects in the City of San Antonio. Services include incidental demolition, construction, repair, rehabilitation, alteration, and deferred maintenance on City owned, leased buildings, or other facilities of interest to the City. The contract term shall be for a two (2) year initial term, with the City’s discretion to extend the contracts for two (2), one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions, with a not to exceed amount of $96 million for the JOC Program, for multiple contracts including initial term and all extensions.
