The scope of work is to provide professional engineering firms to improve portions of the Joe’s Bayou Recreation Area and Mattie Kelly Park in the City of Destin, Okaloosa County, Florida. The proposed scope of the project, includes planning, coastal and civil engineering, architectural, landscape architecture, and environmental services for the development of construction documents. All services shall be performed in accordance with the Scope of Services outlined in Attachment C. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
