This project includes the addition of a dog park and one soccer field addition to the existing park. The improvements lie between Joey Barraza and Vino Memorial Park formerly known as Northeast Regional Park and Redstone Park and includes minor modifications to Redstone Park to accommodate the improvements. The items included but are not limited to mobilization and demobilization, traffic control, construction signage, SWPPP, earthwork, minor demolition, electrical improvements, solar lights, benches, trash receptacles, pet waste stations, drinking fountain, conduit for future lighting, new chain link fencing, gates, sod, rock mulch, 4” thick concrete, rock walls, a new pre-fabricated bridge, signage, prefabricated sheds for irrigation and electric controls, trees, installation of 1 new 4” water meter, a new irrigation system and minor renovations to the existing Redstone Park irrigation. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
