The principal features of work to be performed under this contract are to install 5,200 LF of 24”-36” ductile iron pipe and related manholes, grade new sewer easement (near railroad), demolish existing sewer, and related bypass pumping. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. The Work will be substantially complete within 330 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
