The JCRA Eastern Trailhead is new construction and will include but is not limited to the clearing, excavation, and installation of the following improvements: a lighted parking lot with underground detention, a prefabricated restroom and pavilion, concrete work, a paved trail, landscape and irrigation improvements. Contractor Prequalification Documents may be obtained through the Utah Public Procurement Place (UPPP) website using the link "For Vendors" at http://purchasing.utah.gov/. Bids will only be accepted from those that are prequalified by the Owner, no other Contractors will be eligible to bid on this project.
