The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified CONSULTANT for professional services to provide design, permitting, and construction phase services for the replacement of existing domestic copper water lines and existing cast iron sewer lines located exclusively within and throughout the Justice Center Proper and the Annex building located at the Justice Center complex. The services provided shall not include the Justice Center Towers or the Jail. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
