This project includes the cleaning of the existing modified bitumen roofing system to the point it can receive a new fully adhered membrane roof. The Scope of Work also includes the installation of approximately 261 squares of new fleece-backed fully adhered EPDM roofing over the existing modified-bitumen roofing system. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
