The scope of work is to provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to perform the project work as defined in the construction drawings, technical specifications and general conditions, including the costs for all labor, supervision, servicing, taxes, bonds and insurance, permitting fees, traffic control, security, miscellaneous costs, warranties, general conditions, overhead and profit. The project scope includes the expansion of the existing building in order to accommodate new electrical equipment.
