must attend and are encouraged to participate in this meeting.

Keeter Training Center Extractor-Dryer Project is generally described as installation of two extractors and two dryers to the existing Keeter Fire Training Center. A new water heater will be added to provide hot water to the extractors. A new site sanitary line serving the extractors will be routed to an existing sanitary manhole on site. Project is located at 105 Keeter Center Drive, Raleigh, NC, 27603. the City’s goal is to contract or sub-contract fifteen percent (15%) of the contract amount to certified MBE/WBEs on construction projects over $300,000, or with contracts that include $100,000 or more in state funding. Bonds required.
