This is not a mandatory site walk, but Earthwork, Demolition, Concrete, MEP, and Utility contractors are highly encouraged to attend. Spltek Pacific Construction Company is handling this bid. The whole site modernization of the Keiller Leadership Academy Charter School consist of construction of a new two-story elementary classroom building, three kindergarten classrooms, site and play area improvements, and remodel of the existing Multipurpose Building and Food Service facilities.
