The City of Coral Gables would like to engage an experienced and qualified contractor for the construction of a fitness trail at kerdyk Park located at 6611 Yumuri Street, Coral gables, FL 33146. The scope includes: • Removal of existing mulch walkway and exercise equipment. • Construction of new concrete thicken-edge path including new benches and exercise equipment. • Concrete walkway is to be 6-foot wide and 4-inch thick with reinforcement. • Contractor shall retain surveyor and arborist services for proper installation. • Site is to be restored and sodded as needed. • Construction area shall be isolated from park daily activities. All City permitting fees will be waived and all County Agency fees will be reimbursed. The Contractor must furnish all labor, materials, construction equipment, machinery, tools, services, permits, supervision, transportation/travel, fuel and equipment necessary to complete the project. All bidders must be pre-qualified under contract RTQ 2017.02.MS General and Specialty Trade Contractor Services pool contract in order to submit a bid for this solicitation.
