New York State Urban Development Corporation, d/b/a Empire State Development (“ESD”), in collaboration with New York State Homes and Community Renewal (“HCR”), is seeking proposals (“Proposals”) from responsive and responsible parties for the purchase and redevelopment of the westernmost portion of the Kingsboro Psychiatric Center campus in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. The total available developable land is approximately 7.2 acres or 313,000 square feet (the “Site”). This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
