The removal and replacement of siding, exterior gypsum board, trim, insulation, windows, exterior doors, hose bibs, building and unit signage, light fixtures, vent caps, over flow outlets, and all appurtenances per plan. Pedestrian bridges to be completely re-built with new footings added to existing foundations, steel beams, bridge decks (deck pans with concrete top), railings, steps and site lighting. Interior work to include new door and window trim, floor to door transition strips, GWB patching and interior paint finishes. Bonds Required. Prevailing Wages.
