The Project consists of: Under a separate contract, the District will be purchasing a total of five (5) modular buildings for administration and classrooms. The work associated with this contract includes but not limited to: Sitework, underground utilities, paving, concrete sidewalks, site furnishings, miscellaneous carpentry and finish installations, low voltage and electrical hookups associated with those buildings. Also included is a new playground, renovated parking lot and new bus loop. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
