New Construction: The Kresge College Residential and Non-Residential Major Revitalization Phase 1 project will expand the living-learning environment of the college with additional square footage for residential, academic and student support programs while addressing issues of accessibility, code compliance, and sustainability in the historic buildings. This will entail the demolition of three buildings, which has already been complete, upgrades to site infrastructure and utilities, and construction of three new residential buildings and one academic building over a four-year period. This phase of the project began in October 2019 and is currently scheduled to be completed in Winter of 2023. The project’s estimated construction cost is approximately $162,000,000. The current phase includes 125,533 gross square feet of new construction. The schedule review services to be provided include all tasks associated with reviewing of project information including Agreement, Articles, General Provisions, Drawings and Specifications, reviewing and providing analytical reports for all CMatRisk (CMAR) / Contractor schedule submittals including Preliminary, Baseline and Updates, reviewing and providing analytical Reports for any potential requests for time extensions, including fragnets and delay / impact change order requests, and if needed, providing peer review support and opinions for any potential complete change order requests Bonds required.
