There will be two pre-bid meetings and site visits offered at 11:00 a.m. on April 7, 2021 and April 14, 2021. Bidders must attend one of the two meetings. All attendees must provide acknowledgement of, and comply with, all applicable COVID-19 safety protocols during the pre-bid meetings.

The purpose of the Agricultural Workforce Housing Project is to provide construction services for the repairs and deferred maintenance of the 3-bedroom single family home used by the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District’s grazing tenant as agricultural worker housing. The scope of work shall include re-roofing, new siding and exterior paint, new doors and windows, new concrete patio, new electrical subpanel and HVAC, minor structural repairs, and miscellaneous interior and exterior repairs as further detailed and described herein as the Contract Plans. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
