Work includes new construction of a park with elements including but not limited to a skate park, splash pad, picnic areas, shade shelters, plazas, concrete pathways, parking lot, basketball court, installation of owner provided building, shade shelters, pavilion and fitness equipment. Work also includes electrical improvements, bioswales, irrigation and landscaping. The work shall be completed within 90 working days. Questions due 6/3/22 at 5pm. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
