The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the University to contract with a party or parties who can continue and improve, along with the University, the campus¿s waste sorting and hauling programs. It is the University¿s goal to substantially and sustainably decrease the volume of waste going to landfills while increasing waste directed to both the recycle and compost streams. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
