The purpose of this request is to obtain on-going landscaping services to ensure the long-term health and visual attractiveness at the El Estero Water Resource Center (EEWRC). The work covered in this RFB includes furnishing all labor, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary for complete landscape maintenance for EEWRC. Questions are due by 3:00 PM on June 6th. Project duration is on going, up to 5 year Contract. If there is a difference between the City’s Living Wage rate and Prevailing Wage rates for similar classifications of labor, the contractor and his subcontractors shall pay no less than the highest wage rate. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
