The City of Tucson intends to establish an annual requirements contract to provide grounds maintenance at public housing sites as outlined in the Scope of Work stated herein. The Scope of Work is based on anticipated needs and available funding. The City reserves the right to adjust the Scope of Work on an as-needed, if-needed basis, including the addition and deletion of sites. Parties will mutually agree to an adjustment in compensation prior to the formal addition or deletion of sites. Prevailing wages.
