The City of Banning is seeking proposals from qualified contractors & intends to retain the services of a contractor to provide landscape maintenance services for its properties throughout the City. The City is considering awarding a contract to begin April 1, 2021, for a term of one (1) year and (3) three months with the option to renew for an additional four (4) single years upon an annual review of the provided services. The scope of services includes turf management; shrub bed maintenance; tree care and pruning; fertilization; environmental weed and pest control program; and irrigation equipment and operations for all locations identified in this Request for Proposals: Dysart Park (2101 W. Victory Avenue); Lion's Park (9955 S. Hargrave Street); Repplier Park (201 W. George Street); Roosevelt Williams Park (1101 E. George Street); Sylvan Park (2801 W. Nicolet Street). Prevailing wages apply.
