The scope of services includes turf management; shrub bed maintenance; tree care and pruning; fertilization; environmental weed and pest control program; and irrigation equipment and operations for all locations identified in this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) and listed below: (1) Ramsey Street Medians (Ramsey Street) from Highland Springs Avenue to Highland Home Road. (2) Banning City Hall (99 East Ramsey Street) landscaping around building and in parking lot. (3) Banning Police Station (125 E. Ramsey Street) (4) Banning Police Station Northeast Parking Lot (125 E. Ramsey Street) (5) Fire Station (5261 W. Wilson Street) (6) Community Center & Senior Center (769 & 789 N. San Gorgonio Avenue) (7) Aquatic Center (749 N. San Gorgonio Avenue) landscaping around the immediate exterior vicinity around the center as well as the landscaping inside the center. (8) Former Army National Guard property (2041 W. Nicolet Street) (9) Brinton Reservoir (1700 N. Mountain Avenue) (10) Sunset Reservoir (1202 N. Sunset Avenue).
