It is the intent of the Service Authority (SA) to enter into a contract with a fully qualified and properly licensed commercial landscaping company to provide Landscape Maintenance Services (including Part one: Mowing & Miscellaneous Lawn Maintenance and Part Two: On-Call Grounds & Landscaping Services) detailed in this Scope of Work. The Contractor shall perform work as requested (to include emergency or non-emergency work), in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. Q&A due by noon, 11/18/21.
