The City of Anaheim desires the services of qualified landscape Contractor(s) to maintain up to 33 park/facility locations with a total estimated area of 194 acres per Exhibit A-Specifications and Scope of Work. The maintenance includes everything except for ballfield lighting, playground equipment, and restrooms. A separate RFB will be issued in the future, requesting a specialized bidder to maintain the ball diamond infields and athletic fields. Questions are due by 2:00 PM on May 26th and must be submitted through the on-line bidding system used by the City. Contract duration is a base year with four optional renewals. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
