City Hall Building, 442 W. Washington Street, Suffolk, VA 23434. Offerors may also tour the sites at their convenience during normal operating hours. Offerors will be required to follow current COVID-19 guidelines to attend the pre-bid conference. Offerors who tour the site should take appropriate precautions and assume all risks that may occur.
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from one of more firms to provide landscaping services for City Owned Buildings in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications herein. the contract shall cover the period beginning upon execution of the contract and continuing through March 31, 2022.
