Aiken County Government is soliciting sealed proposal for Proposal 21-05-B, Langley Pond Park Improvements Phase I, located at 113 Langley Dam Road, Burnettown, SC 29834. All offerors are responsible for becoming familiar with the scope of work which includes concrete, paving and soils excavation. There will be a site visit at the location immediately after the meeting. Additional questions can be sent to procurement@aikencountysc.gov before 5:00 October 20th and the answers will be posted on our website October 26th before 5:00. A Bid Bond shall be required in an amount equal to not less than five per cent (5%) of the amount of the bid.
