The Work to be performed under this Contract is for the construction of roadway, utility, and miscellaneous improvements to Las Vegas Boulevard from Tropicana Avenue to Flamingo Road, as well as Tropicana Avenue from Las Vegas Boulevard to Koval Lane and Harmon Avenue from the Cosmopolitan Parking Entrance/City Center Driveway to Las Vegas Boulevard in Clark County, Nevada. The project includes cold planing, plantmix bituminous surface, UTACS, pedestrian protection device installation, curb and gutter reconstruction, sidewalk reconstruction/widening, sidewalk ramps, median reconstruction, bus turnouts, street lights and Smart poles, LED landscape lighting conversion, landscaping/irrigation modifications, traffic signal modifications, utility adjustments, storm drain systems, pavement markings, signing, power and communication system installation and connection to new Smart poles. This work also includes a new waterline for the entire project length along Las Vegas Boulevard to replace an existing waterline for the Las Vegas Valley Water District.
