The San Antonio Water System (SAWS) is soliciting bids for plumbing services as part of the Laterals to People (LTP) Program for the purpose of retaining a Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform the following: nternal cleaning of customer sewer laterals; Internal televised inspection of customer sewer laterals; Repair or replace customer sewer laterals; and Replace or install lateral clean-outs. Some of the work may require restoration of existing concrete or asphalt driveways and sidewalks.
