The Work to be performed for this project includes but is not limited to construction services under a single prime vendor for the construction of selective demolition, new walls, door, and frame, fire rated windows, electrical power/lighting, sprinkler system modifications and HVAC work construction. The Vendor shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in interior renovations in occupied buildings consistent with the type proposed under this solicitation. .
