The City of Passaic intends to enter into an agreement/contract with a consultant for lead hazards abatement program services in accordance with HUD guidelines and the specifications described herein. Required, in tandem with evaluation assessments from City of Passaic Department of Health, to develop work specifications (scope of work) that will be provided to lead abatement/general contractors to perform lead hazards abatement activities in one-to-four family homes throughout the City of Passaic.
