The City of Roanoke, VA is seeking the procurement of a qualified Offeror to provide lead hazard reduction services including lead abatement and lead stabilization. The work includes the remediation/stabilization of materials coated with lead based paint or other lead contaminated materials indicated and specified on a job by job basis. The Successful Bidder shall furnish all labor, materials, services, permits, licenses, equipment, and incidental items required for the performance of the work described herein. The term of any resultant Contract will be for seven (7) months, from May 15, 2021, through November 30, 2021. Bonds required.
