The project consists of a series of phased park renovations in multiple locations in support of the Lee County Department of Parks and Recreation. The project drawings are compiled into four (4) sets with one (1) set of specifications: Set One – Kiwanis Children’s Park: 1. Located at 101 Park Ave, Sanford 27330 Set Two – Temple Park: 1. Located at 203 S. Seventh St, Sanford, NC 27330 Set Three – O.T Sloan Park: 1. Located at 1420 Bragg St, Sanford, NC 27330 Set Four – Horton Park: 1. Located at 1515 Washington Ave, Sanford, NC 27330 Scope of the project is to include all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, insurance, permits, inspections, taxes, disposal, and all other items necessary for the successful completion of the project. The Work generally consists of Park-Site improvements to include, but not limited to: athletic courts, playgrounds, fencing, concrete and asphalt paving, concrete sidewalks and curbs, stormwater and landscaping. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
