The project will reconstruct the current Secondary Arterial configuration consisting of 4 lanes with a median to a Minor Artierial configuration consisting of 4 lanes and a center two-way left-turn lane. There are two Base Bids for the project; Basse Bid 1 being for Hot Mix Asphaltic Concrete Pavement, and Base Bid 2 for Portland Cement Concrete Pavement. This will include new pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalk, ADA compliant curb ramps, concrete bus pads, traffic signalization upgrades, signage, and pavement markings. Utility improvements include water, wastewater, and storm water. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. DBE requirements.
