This request is for a competitive Invitation for Bid (IFB) process to select a qualified contractor to successfully complete the Level 5A Roadway Rehabilitation project. This project will include removal and replacement of roadway pavement, subgrade, curb and gutter, sidewalk, expansion joints, waterproofing membrane, and compression seals. This solution aims to preserve the structural integrity of the building below the roadway, bring the roadway infrastructure back to a maintainable state, and avoid unplanned disruptions to commercial vehicle operations. Each bidder must be prequalified in category 1F(5). Concrete Pavement Rehabilitation at or above the $3,000,000.00 monetary level in accordance with the City’s Rules and Regulations Governing Prequalification of Contractors. Each bidder must have submitted a prequalification application a minimum of ten (10) calendar days prior to the response due date. Applications must be submitted via B2Gnow. 20% Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise (MWBE or MBE/WBE) Participation Goal Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
