Contract includes repairs to existing decking (bids will need to include a unit price cost for a 4’x8’ section of decking repairs), prep and installation of roofing insulation and 80 mil Sika Sarnafil PVC single ply membrane, or approved fully adhered roofing membrane equal. Includes tie-in to existing roof drains and overflow drains. Includes any modifications to drains to ensure proper slopes and drainage included adding screens or baskets to protect against debris. Includes repair and modifications and or additions of crickets to ensure drainage. Includes repairs and modifications and or additions of all flashings and boots to protect against water intrusion. Includes a 2-year installation warranty for any repairs or alterations to the work to ensure proper function and installation. Includes coordinating with roofing manufacture to inspect and provide extended warranty on the roofing material. Includes main roof and four (4) lower roofs. The project antici pated start date is July 5, 2022, and be completed no later than August 5, 2022.
