With this and subsequent solicitations, the District seeks to have certain lifecycle, minor construction, and Refrigerated Air Conversion work done at 15 – 20 campuses in the District during 2021-2023. The District intends to make awards under this solicitation and two or three additional solicitations over the next several months. In each award or Project, work will need to be performed at multiple campuses at the same time or in a planned sequence, depending on the type of work and the District’s needs. General Description of Primary Work. See specs of each package for details Lifecycle, Construction of Secure Entry vestibules a/k/a security vestibules, Roofing, Electrical Upgrades, Casework Replacements, Restroom Remodels, Fire Sprinkler System ADA Stage Access, Exterior Door Replacements, Replacement of Ceiling tile associated with Fire Sprinkler replacement, Replacement of Floor tile as needed Refrigerated Air Conversion Replacement of existing rooftop evaporative cooling units, ductwork, and, controls, with new refrigerated HVAC system, ductwork, and controls. Q&A due by 04/13/21 at 11:55PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
