Litter/ Debris Removal from edge of pavement to the Pedestrian Barrier on 1) FAI 94: 1-94 from 1-90/94 (Dan Ryan Expwy) to 1-80; 2) FAP 341: Stony Island from 1-94 to US 12 (95th) 3) FAU 1574: 103rd St from Cottage Groove to Stony Island, IL.  The work to be done under Litter Picking shall consist of the pickup, removal and satisfactory disposal of debris, deceased animal carcasses, refuse, Litter and any other rubbish which has accumulated on the highway areas hereinafter described as the areas to be cleaned. After completion of each Work Order all areas must present an appearance which is completely satisfactory to the Engineer. Adequate equipment and hand labor are to be provided to accomplish the work to the satisfaction of the Engineer. Specific provisions for Litter Picking will be described in subsequent pages of these Special Provisions Small Business Initiative. EEO requirements.
