Project scope: Asphaltic Concrete Milling, Patching, Leveling and Resurfacing of 16.57 miles of twenty (19) various county roads located throughout Habersham County. Project completion date: October 7, 2022. All work on this project shall be in accordance with Plans, if any, Special provisions and the 2013 edition of the Georgia Department of Transportation Standard Specifications and current edition of any applicable Supplemental Specifications. Retainage will be withheld at the rate of five (5) percent of the monetary value of the work completed until the project has reached Fifty (50) percent complete. Questions due via email to Owner by 6/17/2022, 2:00pm. Bonds required.
