Prospective Bidders shall gather outside the construction entry gate by no later than 9:45AM at 13240 CR 1400, Malakoff, TX 75148 to await access. The site visit will include review of the proposed cove excavation area; review of another nearby cove dig within Long Cove (by Others) with the Aquadam in place; and review of the haul road to Site D.

Long Cove Development is soliciting this excavation, storm drainage, shoreline stabilization project on behalf of Lake View Management & Development District to construct a new cove in the Long Cove community to create new waterfront properties along Cedar Creek Lake. The project is a public procurement within LVMDD, that will be permitted and authorized by Tarrant Regional Water District, the owner/operator of Cedar Creek Reservoir. The project will include the following work efforts and construction components:  mass excavation, hauling, storm drainage outfalls, care of water, shoreline stabilization system and erosion control. 

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
