Sealed bids will be received by Spectra Venue Management on behalf of Albany City Commission for the “Low Roof Repairs at existing Gate Facades “A,” “B,” “C,” & “D” at Concourse Level, Albany James H. Gray, Sr. Civic Center. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond (surety, certified check, or cashier’s check are acceptable) made payable to the Spectra Venue Management in an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid. If 5% Bid Bond is not present with bid, bid will not be read or considered. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. Contract if awarded, will be awarded on a lump sum basis. A Contract Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to 100% of Contract amount will be required of the successful bidder. No oral, telephonic, electronic, or written modifications of the bid will be considered.
