Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, parts, material, equipment and other items necessary to perform all aspects of the Magnolia Channel Cleaning & Maintenance. Contractor shall fully clean out sediment/debris from the Magnolia Channel located east of El Prado Road at Kimball Ave. Cleaning will consist of, up to 1,000 feet north and 2,000 feet south of Kimball Ave. Cleaning must be done with a Gradall Excavator or similar equipment and excavator must also be used to re-shape the channel as needed or as directed by City Staff. Vegetation Mowing must be done with a Brush Cutter attachment. Contractor shall haul away sediment/debris removed from the channel. Three-year agreement with two optional renewal periods.
