To include all necessary labor, material and equipment for a single prime contract with work consisting of modification of and additions to the combustion air makeup and ventilation system serving the boilers and the boiler room, and the addition of a reverse osmosis (RO) makeup water system to serve the boilers. All necessary work, including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and general construction is to be included in this bid. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
