The Town of Windsor will require the services of a professional design/build firm for the design and installation of a restroom structure at Main Park; site located at 300 Locust St, Windsor CO 80550. . The goal of this RFP is to contract with a qualified firm who will agree to be available to provide quality, professional services in a timely manner to maximize efficiency. Applicant will submit a total fee proposal for performing the entire project as a lump sum. Please subdivide the work based on the scope of service below. Reimbursable expenses and hourly rates that occur outside of the described work can be submitted on a separate page in the proposal package. Questions deadline 6/24/22. Project to be completed by 11/1/22. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
