The Project consists of: Removing and replacing sidewalk and curb and gutter and driveways along Main St. from N. Rusk St. to Henderson Blvd. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Bidder agrees that the Work will be substantially complete on or before 180 days from Notice to Proceed and will be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 15.06 of the General Conditions on or before 210 days from Notice to Proceed. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
