Millard County is accepting proposals for all labor, tools, equipment, and expenses to provide the maintenance and management of its over-the-air (terrestrial) broadcast television transmission facilities and licenses. Millard County operates five digital television translator sites and associated relay facilities providing over-the-air broadcast transmission for county residents and seeks a qualified firm or individual to maintain its equipment and facilities and to update and manage its Federal Communications Commission licenses. Proposals should include a base annual contract amount and a detailed list of services provided thereunder as well as provisions for payment of costs and expenses not included in the base annual contract amount. Proposals should address qualifications of personnel with respect to equipment maintenance and FCC license management. Bonds required.
