Montgomery County intends to enter into a firm-fixed price, indefinite-quantity, unit-price Contract with a single qualified contractor to repair and maintain existing AG SWM facilities throughout Montgomery County. This Contractor must have experience County law and regulations, and Federal, State, and local municipality laws and environmental codes. The Contractor must follow all terms and conditions specified in this Solicitation and the resulting Contract. The Contractor is must comply with all laws and requirements for work assigned on Montgomery County Public School (MCPS) property. The Contractor must ensure the highest quality of work by providing qualified, experienced personnel trained in stormwater facility maintenance and repair, stormwater facility retrofit, environmental restoration, sediment control, and familiar with the County’s sediment, wastewater, and solid waste disposal requirements. The Contractor must provide all necessary management, supervision, personnel, labor, tools, materials, equipment and incidentals required to perform this work. The term of the contract is for 1 year from notice to proceed, renewable. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
