The work to be done consists, in general, of removing existing chain link fabric and vertical line posts, demolishing net posts, nets, center anchors including concrete footings, constructing new post sleeves, posts, and nets, digging out root heaves, cleaning the surface of loose dirt and debris, crack filling, 2” HMA overlay, and applying resurfacer, color playing surface, and line paint using a Plexipave surfacing system or equivalent. Contractor must possess a current Class A or combination of C Licenses. Commencement Date shall be on the date established in the Notice to Proceed. Owner reserves the right to modify or alter the Commencement Date of the Work. Substantial Completion Date: Within 80 working days of Commencement Date. Final Completion Date: Within 10 working days of Substantial Completion. Questions via email to Owner within 3 working days of bid closing. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
